The Hotel Voucher is is non-refundable and valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue, unless noted otherwise in each product’s Voucher Terms & Conditions.

Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking.
The original gift voucher must be presented at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi.
The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date.
The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion.
No credit or change can be given on unused amounts. Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference.
