- This voucher is redeemable from 21 August to 6 October 2025.
- Redeemed mooncake boxes (mixed flavours by default unless otherwise specified upon reconfirmation) are available for pick-up at L’Epicerie or delivered within Hanoi. Delivery time and fees will be confirmed with you directly by phone or email upon order placement.
- Delivery Fees are excluded and vary by distance from the hotel. For further reference, please click here
- This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be redeemed in full on a single occasion.

General Terms & Conditions
- This Voucher is valid for twelve (12) months unless specified in our special terms and conditions and is non-refundable.
- Bookings must be made directly with the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi Reservations team on (+84) 24 3826 6919 and advising of the use of the gift voucher.
- Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- The original gift voucher must be presented at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi.
- The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date.
- The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion.
- No credit or change can be given on unused amounts. Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference.
- Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi reserves the rights in explaining the terms & conditions of this voucher.
