• This Voucher is valid for twelve (12) months unless specified in our special terms and conditions and is non-refundable.
• Bookings must be made directly with the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi Reservations team on (+84) 24 3826 6919 and advising of the use of the gift voucher.
• Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The original gift voucher must be presented at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi.
• The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date.
• The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion.
• No credit or change can be given on unused amounts. Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference.
